• 13:30 - 15:00: Joint sessions presenting the why and how of SBRT treatments
• 15:00 - 15:30: Presentations of junior members of BHPA and BeSTRO & Presentations of RTT research
• 15:30 - 16:00: Coffee break
• 16:00 - 16:30: Satellite symposium by RaySearch
• 16:30 - 17:30: Joint session presenting the results of the contouring and planning survey results
• 17:30 - 18:30: Business meeting
• 18:30 - 19:30: Reception + visit of the booths
• 19:30 - 01:00: Dinner and social event

Saturday 11 October 2025

• 08:30 - 08:55: Welcome coffee
• 08:55 - 10:00: Joint session - presentation of the national survey results and national data on SBRT + summary of Friday's sessions
• 10:00 - 10:30: Satellite symposium by Elekta
• 10:30 - 11:00: Coffee break
• 11:00 - 12:30: Parallel sessions (MPE, RO, RTT, QM)
• 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch
• 13:30 - 14:00: Award abstract presentations + life-time achievement award
• 14:00 - 15:00: Joint concluding session with take home messages

BeSTRO junior abstracts

As a tradition, the junior members of BeSTRO are invited to present their abstract during the symposium and have received an invitation accordingly. Abstracts have to be submitted on the 15th of August at the latest. The best abstract will be awarded with a prize.

MPE, QM and RTT abstracts

The MPEs (+MPA), Radiation Therapists and Quality Managers are invited to present their abstract during the symposium . Abstracts have to be submitted on the 15th of August at the latest. The best abstract will be awarded with a prize.

Social event 

On Friday evening, we organize a dinner followed by a social event, which has proven to be a success during the previous edition. We would like to invite all participants to attend this social event and gather together with your colleagues and friends.

Accreditation

INAMI/RIZIV accreditation has been requested.

The FANC has granted the following recognized hours for the B-STRO 2025 symposium:
