Hotel accommodation

Timely accommodation reservation is requested to guarantee your room. The hotel has set 2 reservation deadlines: the first reservation deadline is the 6^th of August 2023. After this date the hotel will release 50 % of the pre-reserved rooms and will keep 50 % of them at our disposal until the 15^th of September 2023. After the 15^th of September 2023, the special group rate will still be valid upon availabilities. 

We strongly advise all congress participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.
